Export & Imports
Procedure for Exporting Commercial Goods
The customers or the suppliers must duly complete the information form & complete other documentation for preparing the shipment. Then we will assign a unique S.REF No. (Speedway reference No) and S.B.No (Shipment Booking No). This process is expected to take 15-20 minutes.
A copy of the customer’s passport of citizenship must be filed with the shipping documents. If a customer wants to use us as the shipper, then the traveler’s cheque or foreign or foreign currency has to be deposited into our account which should be equivalent to the purchase price of the intended goods. Once we have been provided an advance payment certificate from the bank, you will be provided Nepalese Rupees to commence your buying. This process is obligatory for export. Either you can pay your suppliers direct or we can pay them on your behalf.
If a customer wants to be a shipper, he/she must be present along with a passport while clearing the Nepalese customs and has to provide us the foreign currency exchange receipt from the bank, which should be equivalent to the goods you have purchased.
In order to pick up goods, a customer has to fill out the pickup form provided by Loyal Cargo and Export and has to inform us at least 24 hrs in advance. Loyal Cargo and Export will pick up the goods from the supplier’s shop, factory, warehouse, or hotel. Deliveries from outside addresses will not be accepted.
Loyal Cargo and Export must do all the packing of your goods in our warehouse.
We will only accept goods that are accompanied by the supplier’s bill with the supplier’s name, company name, address, and customer name, and duly stamped by the supplier. If a customer has no bill for the goods which he/she has purchased from different suppliers, then he/she has to fill the Invoice provided by Loyal Cargo & Export.
You are required to inform us of fragile items as they may require special attention/ packaging. Handling charges for your goods depend on the types of goods and your packaging requirements.

Important Information
The customers of the suppliers must out the information form & other documents for preparing the shipment. We will provide them with Reference No. (Loyal Cargo Export Referencing No.) & S.B No. (Shipment Booking No.) It should take no more than approximately 25-30 minutes for the procedure “To help us to understand your need and to provide you with detailed information on your intended shipment.
If a customer wants to be a shipper he/she has to be present with us whilst clearing the goods with the customers and ensure that we are in receipt of the Foreign Currency Exchange receipt from the bank (which should correspond with the goods you have bought along with your original passport.
In order to pick up your goods, a customer has to complete a “Pick-up Form” provided by Loyal Cargo & Export (P) Ltd and has to inform us at least 24 hours before Loyal Cargo & Export will pick up all your goods from the supplier’s shop, factory, warehouse or your hotel delivery from outside address will not be accepted.
We will accept goods that are accompanied by the supplier’s name, company name, and duty stamped by the supplier. If a customer has no bill of goods that he/she has bought from different suppliers then he/she will be required to complete to “Invoice” provided by Loyal Cargo & Export.
Please notify us beforehand if you have any fragile items or anything which may need special packing which we are happy to provide.
Handling charges for your commodities depend upon the types of goods and packing instructions you have requested.
Information forms and other necessary documents have to be completed for preparing the shipments.
A copy of your passport is required for document preparation.
You should be with us at the customs office with your personal along with his/her original passport for customs clearance.
Goods should either be delivered to our warehouse or collected from your hotel at least 24 hrs before the shinning date for the inspection packing and document preparation.
Airfreight has to be prepared by your own currency (dollar, pound,…) (Cash/ To Visa, Master Card)
The minimum agent charge is US $25 and an additional $1 is charged per Kg for more Thank You!
